Day 1: Podgorica - Virpazar - Skadar lake cruise- Old Bar- Radevic estate visit - Podgorica

Stop At: Žabljak Crnojevića, Montenegro
From the old fortes town and once capital of Montenegro we take you to explore the Skadar lake and all its splendid wildlife!

Take a coffee break at the old market town of Virpazar and learn about its importance for the people of Montenegro

Stop At: Stari Bar, Stari Bar, Bar Municipality
Go to the antique town of Old Bar, and visit the oldest olive tree in Europe where the people form Bar would come to make peace.

At the end of the day, we take you back to Podgorica and to a family winery. Where our host will tell us all about wine making and guide us through an degustation!

Day 2: Podgorica – Monastery Ostrog – Niksic – Zabljak

We go to the mountains, first stop on the way is the most important pilgrimage site in Montenegro - the Ostrog Monastery. Explore the religious site and learn about its existence and importance to the people.

We come to the first wind farm in Montenegro the Krnovo hill were we have a small taste of the mountains that are waiting for us.

Day 3: Zabljak panorama day - Katun visit - Traditional cooking class

Stop At: Durmitor National Park, Durmitor National Park, Zabljak Municipality
We take a scenic drive around the mountains of the national park the famous Durmitor ring. Enjoy the view on the flower valleys, high mountains and untouched pine forests. At the end of the drive we visit a katun.
The traditional family farm hold that exist only in the times when the snow melts, and the families follow their animals as they wander around the grassland.
At the end of the day we will try our hand at cooking traditional meals of the mountain region.
