Pass By: Lesendro, Montenegro

You will cruise around the fortress of Lesendro from approximately 20 metres distance. This fortress is from 18th century and now you can see just ruins, but the scenery over here is always amazing because some birds, especially kormorans and seagulls, love drying their wings on top of her walls.

Pass By: Moraca River, Near Rzaca Mountain, Podgorica, Podgorica Municipality Montenegro

Even though you will explore just a little piece of Moraca River, situated near the fortress of Lesendro and mountain of Vranjina, you will enjoy in the most beautiful part of it. This area is considered as a bird reservate and you will have the privilege to see up to 15 different bird species (depending on the time of year).

The whole tour is basically oriented on exploring the nature of Skadar lake. After cruising near the fortress of Lesendro, and exploring a little bit of Moraca River, you will proceed inside the small and narrow channels that are surrounded by, as we like to call them, carpets of water lily flowers and reeds. This area is often called 'safari' part of the lake. Over there, if you are lucky enough, you will have the chance to even see some nests and baby birds. You will see the three beautiful islands - small Cakovica, big Cakovica and Lipovnjak, and you will cruise around of them. On the other side, where the open lake is, you will have extra time for swimming so be sure to bring your own swimming suits.
