Fez to Marrakesh 4 Days 3 Nights Desert Tour Itinerary is a great way to experience the beautiful scenery of the South part of Morocco's kingdom, crossing the Middle Atlas Mountains, seeing the forests and monkeys (Barbay Apes), enjoying the Ziz gorge and Valley , camel trek in Erg Chebbi dunes with a local desert guide (camel man) to watch the sun and sunrise in the next morning, dine under the stars and listen to drums music and spending a night in a nomad tented camp. Itinerary
Day 1: Fes - Cedar Forest - Ziz Valley - Erfoud
Stop At: Merzouga Desert, Merzouga Morocco
Today you will have a unique way through the Middle Atlas Mountains, gateway to the South of Morocco that makes it so unique. Berber town Immouzzer, This area is known for many berbers still live inside them, then Ifran or The moroccan Switzerland which is the second cleanest City in the world which built by the French in 1930.Then continues through the forests (NATIONAL PARK OF IFRAN) to meet with a Troup of [macac?] monkeys. Lunch will be in a small berber zaida village (Berber barbecue village). Then you will take a scenic drive through the Ziz valley. Overnight accommodation and dinner will be at Ziz Valley or Erfoud in a local-style hotel, located right on the oases.

After breakfast, you will have the option to meet local Berber families and learn about their culture and geography or simply relax in the hotel. Then you will go to Merzouga via the small town of Erfoud to visit the Fossils Exhibition, and Errissani to visit an inhabited Ksar (Berber village) and to taste the medfouna for lunch, a delicious local Berber pizza, it's a lively town with a frequent market days.
