MASTER COOKING Moroccan traditional cooking workshop

Do you want to impress your friends or continue to enjoy typical Moroccan dishes when you get home? Take advantage of your stay to learn Moroccan cuisine in one of our traditional cooking classes, and share a moment of conviviality during a culinary training followed by the tasting of your achievement during a meal.

Program of the training :

1) Appointment before the Café de France, acquaintance.

2) Direction the walk, discovery of places, products, spices and flavors, make the necessary purchases to prepare the daily specials.

3) Return to the workshop, guided by our cook and equipped with your apron, you will become the chef's day to make an assortment of Moroccan starters, a traditional dish, followed by the desert.

4) Around a meal and accompanied by your kitchen companions you will taste your preparations of the day.

after an acquaintance, go to the market with vegetables, meats and spices and discover the place where Moroccans are used to shopping.
