Itinerary
Day 1: Tangier / Chefchaouen
Stop At: Tangier, Tangier, Tangier-Tetouan Region
Pick up from your Hotel in Tangier or from Tangier's port or airport.we will be waiting for youholding a sign with your name, upon arrival the adventure begins. we will take you for a fascinating private tour of the old town (medina), the kasbah and of Tangier,your Tangier's tour include a visit to the Tangier American Legation Museum which is the only historic landmark of the United States outside of the USA. Displayed inside are a variety of historical items and art exhibits, whilst the museums library houses a large collection of books, maps, photographs and articles relating to Morocco.The walking tour of the medina will also include a visit to the fortified Kasbah, one of the citys main attractions. The Kasbah is built on the highest point of the city and has excellent views out over the Straits of Gibraltar and neighbouring Spain. Within its gates lies a large marble courtyard that leads to the Dar el-Makhzen, a former Sultans palace built in the 17th century, which today houses the Museum of Moroccan Art.
At the end of our walking tour well stop for lunch at a typical Moroccan restaurant or in local house with Moroccan family if it possible, after lunch we will continue our Morocco adventure, we will explore the surrounding countryside and stop to visit the Caves of Hercules on the Atlantic , associated with the Greek hero Hercules. This striking cave resembles the map of Africa. According to Geek legend, Hercules rested here after digging the Strait of Gibraltar. This vantage point offers an exceptional view of the Strait of Gibraltar and the Atlantic Ocean.
Next stop is Cap Spartel at the extreme North-West of Africa. Known as the Cape of Vines in ancient times, a lighthouse today stands guard over Cap Spartel. We will also visit the hills of Tangier where the architecture serves as a reminder of the colonial days when the city was ruled by the English, American, French and Spanish. afternoon Departure to the bleu town Chefchaouen.

Upon Arrivakl to Chefchaouen known as the jowl of the Rif Mountains, Check in at your hotel and start our walking city tour. we will explore the white and blue city of Chefchaouen, and see its well- preserved Arab-Andalusia art and traditions. Chaouen, or Chefchaouen as in Berber language, is one of the most beautiful towns of the Rif Mountains. It is the last rampart before the Mediterranean and the Iberian Peninsula. A holy city with about twenty mosques and sanctuaries, it has charming powder- blue houses as well as the trademark dazzling lime-washed houses with blue doors. Overnight in Chefchaouen.

Day 2: Chefchaouen / Volubilis / Meknes / Fes
Stop At: Volubilis, Morocco
After breakfast, we will set out in the morning to the ancient Roman ruins of Volubilis. Your journey will be over the Rif Mountains and the foothills of Zgouta. You will get to Volubilis, the well preserved Roman Empire in North Africa, dating to 25BC, where you will see the most beautiful Mosaics in Morocco dating back to 3rd century BC. Here you will learn a lot about the Roman occupation and culture in Morocco.

Stop At: Meknes Medina, Meknes Morocco
Afterwards, your journey continues to Meknes, the Ismaili capital of Morocco; here you will see the fascinating gate Bab Mansour built by the sultan My Ismail, the royal granary and the Sahrij Souani basin used for irrigation and plantation. After some free time wandering in the Lahdim square , Departure to Fes for overnight.

The whole day will be devoted to an extensive visit of Fes, a city which dates back to the 9th century. you will explore the narrow streets lined with fresh fruit, mounds of spices, A visit to the King s Palace, the old Mellah Jewish quarter, Attarine and Bou Inania Medersas, the Nejjarine fountain, the Karaouine & the Andalous mosques . overnight in Fes

A break is planned with time free for lunch in Beni Mellal. This is a rather long day trip, but very enjoyable due to the ever changing scenery.
