Itinerary

Day 1: Marrakech - Ouarzazate - Dades Gorge: 330 KM

Stop At: Tizi n Tichka, Imlil Village, Ouarzazate 45000 Morocco
Departure from Marrakech in the morning by the Tizi n'Tichka pass and its Berber villages suspended on hillside. Several stops en route and at the top of the pass at 2260m. Visit Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou, dating from the 11th century, classified world heritage by UNESCO
Duration: 4 hours

Stop At: Gorges du Dades, R704 Gorges Dades, Boumalne Dades 45350 Morocco
Direction Ouarzazate, then the valley of roses and the road of a thousand Kasbah. Continue to Boumalne Dadès and the Dades Gorge. Dinner and overnight at a guest house in Dades.

Day 2: Dades Gorge - Todghra Gorge - Merzouga: 270KM

Stop At: Todgha Gorge, R 703 near the town of Tinerhir, Tinerhir 45520 Morocco
Departure to Tinghir. Small visit and walk in the palm grove, then the Berber house to discover the secrets of the production of Moroccan carpets in the Todghra Gorge, one of the largest in Morocco.

Stop At: Fossiles d'Erfoud, Avenue Molay Ismail Erfoud, Erfoud 52200 Morocco
direction Erfoud, before approaching the lush valley of Tafilalet and the pre-Saharan oases to Merzouga. Break in an inn to enjoy mint tea before going on camel trek. Dinner and overnight in the bivouac in the heart of the dunes after sunset.

Pursuit by the pre-Saharan plateaus and the Acacia forests to Tansikht, at the crossroads of the Drâa Valley. Pass from Ait Saoun to Ouarzazate and return to Marrakech
