Moroccan cuisine - Classical Workshop

An opportunity to learn about Moroccan culinary traditions and culture. And discover how to cook a real Moroccan dish thanks to the techniques of our dadas (Moroccan chefs) easy to reproduce at home. But also, listen to the unpublished anecdotes around Moroccan family traditions.
Vegetarians are welcome! Do not hesitate to tell us your dietary restrictions!

Travelers will have the opportunity to participate in a traditional Moroccan cooking class from 3h to 3h30 where they can learn to cook appetizers and dishes emblematic of Moroccan cuisine, traditional and family. During the course, travelers will be treated to storytelling around Moroccan culinary culture, but also to a tasting of prepared dishes.

On the menu: Chicken tagine with lemon + 2 salads + Moroccan bread demonstration + Berber tajine + a dessert

• Moroccan salads - Demonstration and preparation of two Moroccan salads (fresh and cooked)
• Moroccan bread - Travelers will be entitled to a demonstration of Moroccan bread.
• Chicken tagine with lemon confit - Demonstration, preparation and tasting.
