Escape Marrakech and hit some of the best ski and snowboard slopes in Africa, with a guided day tour in the Atlas mountains. Only an hour away from Marrakech, you will arrive at the beautiful Oukaïmeden resort. Your qualified snow instructor will tailor a lesson to your ability. At 10,744.75 ft (3,275m) above sea level, you can expect amazing panoramic views and reliable snow coverage from December until late March.

Itinerary

Depart Marrakech at 08:00 and enjoy a beautiful journey into the High Atlas Mountains. Head towards the ski resort of Oukaïmeden, close the highest point of the mountain range at Jebel Toubkal. Benefit from the local knowledge of your guide, who will also provide opportunities to stop along the way.

Then, get set to hit the slopes for a 2-hour lesson tailored to your skill set. Learn, or improve your techniques from a qualified ski instructor. Enjoy a short break for lunch before some free time to hit the slopes again on your skis. Spend the rest of the afternoon mastering the pistes of Africa's highest ski resort.

Return to Marrakech, departing at around 16:00, to arrive in time for a well-earned rest!
