You’ll start with a visit to the local market where you’ll learn to select and purchase the best seasonal produce before getting back into the kitchen for a hands-on cooking lesson.

• SALADS : - _Chalada (tomatoes and onion and parsley)
_ Zalouk (roasted aubergine with spices)
_Khizou M’shrmel (marinated carrot salad)
_Shlada d l’barba
• DISHES : - _Tagine seasonal tagine with vegetables
_Tagine choice of chicken, lamb, beef or fish.

_(Couscous) vegetable and meat or Vegetarain
• SOUPS : - _Harira (traditional hearty Moroccan soup)
_ Bissara (split pea or broad bean soup with spices, garlic and olive oil)
