Via Cordata or Mountaineering - Path of Sun Rising in Todgha Gorges

Experience the beautiful Todgha Gorges in the High Atlas Mountains by way of a spectacular mountaineering route "The Sun Rising".
This trip takes 7-hours to complete and afternoon tea is included in the package.
Please pack comfortable clothing and mountain/hiking boots.

The via cordata is a way to climb to the top of the mountain by a route with some equipments in place and others to put oneself.

For this activity it's necessary to have mountaineering knowledges or to do with a guide.

Departure from our shop after being equipped with all the necessary personal equipment.

After about one hour walk, we arrive at the bottom the ridge of "sun rising".

The progress on the ridge takes about 3 hours.

On the top of the ridge we return to the village by a path which lead to a nomad camp where we take a tea with them.

We arrive approximately at the shop at 4pm for the last tea in a very friendly family house, if you want of course.
