This trip brings together two natural aspects of Morocco: the mountain, where you can enjoy the nature, wildlife , breathing pure air, share a moment with nomads family crossing the mountain , share part of the time with local habitants and know about life style, tradition , culture , sport activities , and the desert, where you can enjoy sand dunes, sunset and sunrise, in addition to experience camel ride to the camp and more.
Itinerary
Day 1: Day 01 : Marrakech Ouzoud Ait Bouymaz :
Stop At: Cascades d'Ouzoud, Ouzoud 22576 Morocco
Pick you up from your hotel and depart to the Ouzoud waterfall (110 meters high). Ouzoud means "the act of grinding grain" in berber , which seems to be confirmed by the frequent mills in the region. We will walk for one hour around the waterfall and have lunch and then we drive to Aït Bougmmez, which is the name of the valley and its inhabitants.
The name it's derived from Aït Bouammaez, which, in berber, means "those of the middle" or "the people of the middle", for the fact that the valley is located in the heart of the Central High Atlas Mountains.It is also known for a long time as the "happy valley" or the "valley of happy people", name attributed by foreign visitors to the valley impressed by the hospitality of its inhabitants and their joy especially during their abundant festivities during the summer and autumn. They celebrate weddings, religious holidays and harvests, located at the eastern limit of the province of Azilal and west of Ouarzazate,at an altitude between 1800 and 2400 m, in the central High Atlas The valley is overlooked on all sides by several peaks over 3000 m high.
You will see the sunset from between the mountains, the simplicity of living and a different lifestyle, away from noise and modernity.
You'll have a traditional dinner , and spend the night at a Riad .

Day 2: Day 02 : Ait Bouymaz Valley - Col de Tarkeddit (3400m) - The ascent of M'goun (4068 m) :
Stop At: M'goun Massif, Azilal 40000 Morocco
After breakfast, there will be few hours trekking through the valley of Aït Bougmez, the happy valley, driving through the sheepfolds of Azib N'Ikkis, before arriving at the plateau of Tarkeddit, at the foot of M'goun, where we meet the nomads who come from the valleys to the High Atlas with their flocks.
The ascent of the M'goun opens new horizons for the whole of the Atlas Mountains, and in the south, towards the Dades Valley, there are the Jebel Sargho and the Saharan expanses.
Lunch will be prepared in the nature, as cooking class under open sky, near the river. Afterwards, we will be driving beside the valley to head traditional kasbah where you will have dinner and spend the night.

Day 3: day 03 : Mgoun Massif Dades valley - Roses Valley :
Stop At: Dades Gorge, Ifrane Atlas Saghir 45150 Morocco
After breakfast, we will drive through M'Goun Valley, to the capital of roses, to a local family, which will welcome you with a glass of mint tea. You'll have a cooking class on how to make a Tajin and share a moment with locals, learning about culture and tradition. After lunch, we will walk a mile to the jungle of roses near the river, where you can enjoy green nature, listening to the birds and have free activities (yoga, sport etc.). We'll see the sunset above the valley, on the other side, then drive to the hotel for dinner, music and spending the night.

Day 4: Day 04 :Roses Valley Dades Valley Toudgha Valley :
Stop At: Todra River, Morocco
After breakfast, we will drive through Dades Valley and its gorges, located between the High Atlas and Jebel Saghro, east-southeast of Marrakech. The Dades river it's nearly 200 km long, half of which is located in a mountainous area. Along its course follow one another 4 series of throats and parades , to rock wall valley toudgha valley are a series of limestone river canyons, in the eastern part of the High Atlas Mountains in Morocco, near the town of Tinerhir. Both, the Todgha and neighbouring Dades Rivers, are responsible for carving out these deep cliff-sided canyons. The Todgha Gorge was featured on the premiere of the American relaity show Expedition Impossible.
We continue to Tinghir, where you will spend the night.

Day 5: Day 05 : Tinghir Erfoud Merzouga :
Stop At: Merzouga, Merzouga, Meknes-Tafilalet Region
After breakfast, we will drive to Erg Chebbi, Sahara Desert, in Merzouga. Berber villages are scattered along the way and we will pass through Tinjdad, Jorf and Erfoud, where we'll feel the beginning of the Saharan oasis of Tafilalet and continue to Merzouga. After relaxing a few minutes there, we will ride the camels, for an adventure in the sand dunes, and see the sunset from a dune. Afterwards, there will be a typical berber dinner, prepared for you and eaten around the campfire. The night wil be spent in a luxury camp, with drumming music, in the middle of Sahara. This is a great opportunity to take lovely pictures of sunset and sunrise.

Day 6: Day 06 : Desert camp Agdez Ait Benhaddou :
Stop At: Ait Ben Haddou, Ait Ben Haddou, Souss-Massa-Draa Region
Very early in the morning we have a Date with the sunrise. In the middle of the desert, waking up early is a must do to contemplate the most spectacular sunrise you´ve ever seen at the top of a dune, close to the camp. After breakfast, we will ride camel back to Agdez, via Draa valley the longest river in Morocco.
After lunch in traditional Kasbah, we will drive to Ouarzazate (in berber, the name means quite city ), also called the "Holywood of Morocco", a known film-making location. Here, there are Morocco's biggest studios and many movies were shot in this region.
The Ouarzazate solar power station , kasbahs , ?? After visiting and taking pictures, we will drive to the famous and old kasbah in the region: Ksar Ait Ben Haddou, where we stay for the night.

Day 7: Day 07 : Ait Benhaddou - Telouat - Marrakech :
Stop At: Marrakech, Marrakech, Marrakech-Tensift-El Haouz Region
After breakfast, we will visit Ait Benhaddou kasbah, a fortified village along the former caravan route between the Sahara and Marrakech and a great example of Moroccan earthen clay architecture, which has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1987. Several films have been shot there including:
Sodom and Gomorrah, Gladiator, The mummy etc.
After that, we will drive through the salt river to Telouet Kasba, which is a Kasbah that was the seat of the _El_Glaoui"family's power, thus sometimes also called the Palace of Glaoui, situated at an altitude of 1800 meters, occupying a strategic position in the High Atlas. The occupants of the palace had the privilege of being on the passage of caravans and near major salt mines .
Crossing the High Atlas mountaina through Tizi-n-tichka pass (2260 meters), arrive to Marrakech and drop you to the hotel/riad.
