This safari tour includes the best of Namibia highlights,fabulous dune experience starting with a night in Sossusvlei, and then one in Swakopmund after exploring the beauty of the beach and its captivating sound of the waves. Itinerary

Day 1: Windhoek - Sossusvlei

Stop At: Sossusvlei, Sossusvlei, Namib-Naukluft Park, Khomas Region
You will depart Windhoek and head for Sossusvlei with your guide. As you travel down the valley of the Tsauchab River to Sossusvlei, you are dwarfed on either side by huge sand dunes. At times, you pass close to groves of dead camel thorn trees, testimony to a bygone era when there was much more water. Expect to see a variety of wildlife such oryx, the fabled desert antelope, as well as springbok, ostrich, bustards, jackal, bat-eared fox and hyena. At the end of the tarred road is a short, though at times bumpy, ride along a sandy track to the two iconic vleis of Dead Vlei and Sossusvlei. Vlei is an Afrikaans term for a marsh or pan of water. After some much needed relaxation your guide will take you through the fantastic Deadvlei and Sossusvlei excursion.In the afternoon you can visit the Sesriem Canyon rock formation and scenic sunset at Elim Dune, time for rest and relaxation or optional desert walk near nature.

Day 2: Sossusvlei - Swakopmund

Stop At: Swakopmund, Swakopmund, Erongo Region
The next day wake up early in the morning and head towards the majestically Coastal town of Swakopmund. Upon arrival check into your accommodation before heading out for a marine dolphin cruise.Your cruise around the bay offers sightings of up to three species of dolphin – Atlantic bottle-nose, Dusky, and the endemic Heavy-side – as well two species of whale – Humpback and Southern-Right. Tease your taste buds and delight in the Namibian cuisine and have a heart warming dinner at any of the various restaurants that the town boasts of.

Day 3: Swakopmund - Windhoek
