The areas around Khumbu is commonly called as the Everest Region. It is also known as the home of Sherpa people and the mysterious Yeti. This trek comprises not only the Everest Base Camp but also Namche Bazar, Lukla, Tyangboche and the whole Solukhumbu, which are at the lap of looming Mount Everest, the highest peak in the world and also the mount Ama Dablam .Everest region, the trek to Khumbu area is not only famous for trekking and expedition but also for the Sherpa culture. One can enjoy and learn Sherpa culture very closely by visiting this region.

Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu Overnight At Hotel
Stop At: Clear Sky Treks & Expedition, Saat Ghumti Marg Thamel, Kathmandu 44600 Nepal
We will welcome you in Airport then bring to hotel first then you will take some rest hotel . you will bring to our office for give information about trip and at the same time you will introducing with guide. also complete the all formality for the trip .

Clear Sky Treks Representatives will welcome groups at the Kathmandu Airport with a banner and drop them at the hotel. After check-in at the hotel and refreshments, CST office management personnel and a guide will formally introduce themselves and provide a trip briefing. Group members should submit 2 passport size photos plus a copy of their passport and a copy of Travel insurance to the office personnel.

Day 2: Fly to Lukla & Trek to Phakding(2610m) BLD
Stop At: Lukla, Lukla, Sagarmatha Zone, Eastern Region
Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla (2840m.) which takes about 40 minutes, then trek from Lukla to Phakding (2640 m.) which takes approximately three hours following a gentle climb up the mountainside on the left bank of the Dudh Koshi.

Day 3: Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3440m) BLD
Stop At: Namche Bazaar, Namche Bazaar, Khumbu, Sagarmatha Zone, Eastern Region
The trail continues north up the Dudh Kosi valley to Jorsale, where the trail officially enters the Sagarmatha National Park.. We continue along the trail, cross the Bhote Kosi River and climb steeply to Namche Bazaar 3440 m. Remember to look out for glimpses of Mt.Everest early on the trail.

Day 4: : Rest Day in Namche BLD ( exploring the Mt Everest view point )
Stop At: Everest View Point, Kyangjuma, Sagarmatha National Park Nepal
We have a rest day in Namche Bazaar to acclimatize. After you breakfast you will bring to Everest view point in Namche from where you will see the great view of Mt. Everest including other mountains from region.This town, the hub of Sherpa society, is the administrative centre of the Khumbu region, several shops selling items of every description and a proliferation of Sherpa inns.

Day 5: Namche to Tengboche(3860m) BLD
Stop At: Tyangboche, Khumjung 56000, Nepal
Trek from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3867 m.) which takes about five hours Tengboche is an important viewpoint on this course, and the sunset on Everest and Ama Dablam is especially beautiful from here. We visit the monastery at Tengboche, the largest monastery in Khumbu region.

Day 6: Tengboche to Dingboche (4410m) BLD
Stop At: Dingboche, Dingboche, Eastern Region
Leave Tyangboche and the Khumbu mountains as a backdrop and descend to a rhododendron-covered area to emerge in a pleasant level area. Pass a long Mani-stone wall to enter the village of Dingboche. From here, the walk is fairly moderate as you enter the Imjatse Valley beneath the mighty peaks of Ama Dablam, Nuptse and Lhotse with views of the eastern snow capped mountains including Island Peak (6,189m).

Day 7: Acclimatization day in Dingboche (B.L.D)
Stop At: Dingboche, Dingboche, Eastern Region
This is a remarkable acclimatization day. There are some breathtaking views of the North face of Ama Dablam and the Lhotse-Nuptse ridge as you explore this beautiful valley that leads up to Island Peak. The walk is short with a good chance to relax in the afternoon. You have another option as you can hike up to Chhukum. From here you can enjoy the panoramic view of Island peak, Ama Dablam, Makalu, Tawoche peak and others. On the same day you come back to Dingboche and have rest.

Day 8: Dingboche to Lobuche(4910m) BLD
Stop At: Lobuche, Khumjung 56000, Nepal
The trail ascends the broad, gently sloping valley and climbs steeply into the terminal moraine of the Khumbu glaciers. It then crosses the bridge and climbs higher on the moraine to a row of stone monuments erected in memory of many Sherpas and foreign mountaineers who have died climbing Everest before reaching Lobuche (4910m.)

Day 9: Lobuche Everest Base Camp(5337m) Gorakshep (5140m) / 6hrs) BLD
Stop At: Gorakshep, Khumjung 56000, Nepal
While trekking to Everest Base Camp you pass through a trail, which weaves its way through ice pinnacles and past the crevasses of the Khumbu Glacier. During the spring season, you can meet some expedition team on the Everest Base Camp. The number of team is less in the autumn season. On the return leg, you can take a higher route to get a spectacular view of the Khumbu icefall and numerous mountains. You return to Gorak Shep to stay overnight

Day 10: Gorakshep to Kala Patthar (5545m.) to Pheriche (4240m.) 7hrs BLD
Stop At: Kala Patthar Summit, Khumjung 56000, Nepal
Early morning climb to Kala Patthar (5545m.) and enjoy the view of sunrise. From Kala Patthar you can have a panoramic view of Mt. Everest and many other mountain peaks like Mt. Pumori, Mt. Lingtren, Mt. Khumbetse, Mt. Nuptse, Mt. Lhotse, Mt. Ama Dablam, Mt. Thamserku and many more. Then trek down to Pheriche . Pheriche is in the shadow of Everest Base Camp.

Day 11: Pheriche to Namche Bazaar (B.L.D) 5 hrs
Stop At: Pheriche - Dughlha Road, Pheriche - Dughlha Rd, Khumjung 56000, Nepal
Trek from Pheriche to namche which takes approximately four hours. Enjoy a morning visit to the research center. Then you trek back to Namche, an easier descent passing through rhododendron forest & few steep climbs for an hour from the bridge at Phungitenga, near to Shanasha. The walk to Namche is very scenic on a long winding path. En route you will visit traditional villages of Khumjung and Khunde. There is an opportunity to visit one of its monasteries, the only monastery that has a Yeti Scalp.

Day 12: Namche Bazaar to Lukla (B.L.D) 5 hrs

Trek from Namche Bazaar to Lukla and it takes about five hours. The last day of your trek leads from Namche Bazaar via Monjo to Lukla. The trek is pleasant, except for few short uphill climbs and then down to the Bhote-Koshi River crossing it three times. The last uphill climb of 45 minutes will bring you to Lukla ..

Day 13: Fly to Kathmandu B 30 min

Fly from Lukla to Kathmandu. You take an early morning flight back to Kathmandu which takes approximately 40 minutes. Check-in at hotel, this is the free day enjoy yourself on Rickshaw ride & Shopping at Thamel or Sightseeing can be done on request.
