Everest Sunrise Trek is a one-week trekking in Everest. Widely famous as Everest Panorama Trek or Everest View Trekking, this trek offers you to collect the stunning sunrise view in Mount Everest.The wonderful trekking also offers you to explore the Sherpa culture and their traditions.

Visiting Tengboche Monastery is another major highlight of Everest Sunrise Trekking. The maximum elevation you will be getting during the trekking is 3,870m./12,696ft.

Itinerary

Day 1: Scenic flight to Lukla (45 minutes) and trek to Phakding (2,652m. /4-5 hours trekking).

Stop At: Lukla, Lukla, Sagarmatha Zone, Eastern Region
Take a scenic flight to Lukla.
Duration: 35 minutes

Stop At: Phakding, Phakding, Khumbu, Sagarmatha Zone, Eastern Region
From Lukla, start your journey to Phakding. The hiking to Phakding from Lukla to Phakding is about four to six hours journey.
Duration: 6 hours

Day 2: Trek to Namche Bazar (3,440m. /5-6 hours trekking)

Stop At: Namche Bazaar, Namche Bazaar, Khumbu, Sagarmatha Zone, Eastern Region
You will start your journey after the breakfast. The hike to Namche Bazar is about six hours. Along the way, collect mountain views, cross the Hillary bridge and keep meeting the fellow travelers.

Day 3: Hike up to Everest view point and visit the Sherpa Capital

Stop At: Everest View Point, Kyangjuma, Sagarmatha National Park Nepal

Stop At: Sherpa Museum, Everest Base Camp Trekking Rte, Namche Bazaar 56002 Nepal
Explore the Sherpa Museum and then explore the Sherpa capital.
Duration: 1 hour

Day 4: Trek to Tengboche (3870m./5-6 hours trekking)

Day 5: Trek back to Namche Bazar (3,440m./4-5 hours trekking)

Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Namche Bazaar, Namche Bazaar, Khumbu, Sagarmatha Zone, Eastern Region
Retrace back to Namche Bazar.
Duration: 5 hours
