The inflow of tourists around this area is all around the year for its excellent mountain views and pilgrimage purpose whereas for the snow tourists visit Kalinchowk during the last week of December to last week of February when the chance of snowfall is high in this area.From the top of Kalinchowk Bhagwati temple, you will view various snow-capped mountains like Langtang Himal, Dorje Lakpa, Ganesh Himal, Jugal Himal, Gauri Shankar etc.. It is better to walk than using cable car as No other hiking experiences near Kathmandu valley come close to hike to Kalinchowk from Kuri village during the time of snowfall. You will pass through stone stupa- like commemorative structures which were built by the local people of Kuri village (mainly Sherpa, Tamang and brahmin) in memory of their ancestors.

Stop At: Kalinchowk Bhagwati Shrine, Kalinchok Marg Kuri Village, Janakpur Nepal
