Chisapani-Nagarkot-Dhulikhel-Namo Buddha- Kathmandu trek is one of the easier trekking trail in Nepal designed to explore nature and culture of Nepal’s countryside and the amazing mountain views. This trek is also known as Around Kathmandu Valley Trek.It is an excellent trek for those who wish to avoid a long, strenuous trek or have time only for a short and easy trek and fit for all age group and for all seasons. Despite being close to Kathmandu these areas are still not affected by modernity and still preserves a traditional lifestyle.

Itinerary

Day 1: Drive to Sundarijal & trek to Chisapani (2160m /7130ft).) 5/6 hrs walk

Pass By: Chisapani, Chisapani, Bheri Zone, Mid-Western Region
Today we take a short drive from Kathmandu to Sundarijal and start our trekking to Chisapani where you will be enjoying the real beauty of nature with the Himalayan view.

Day 2: Chisopani -- Nagarkot (2175m/7134ft), 5-6 hrs trek.

Pass By: Nagarkot, Nagarkot, Bagmati Zone, Central Region
Today we hike towards Nagarkot. It is the famous panoramic hillside from where we can get picturesque view of sunrise and sunset.

Day 3: Nagarkot – Dhulikhel (1550m) 5-6 hrs. trek

Pass By: Dhulikhel, Dhulikhel, Bagmati Zone, Central Region
Our journey continues to Dhulikhel from Nagarkot. Dhulikhel is the trade hub for the surrounding places and ancient Nepal- Tibet trade point where we can see the Newari and Nepali lifestyle.

Day 4: Dhulikhel – Namo Buddha (1810m), 5/6 hrs trek

Pass By: Namo Buddha (Stupa), Kathmandu Nepal
The trail proceeds through the unspoillt villages and almost no tourist. Eventually, after 5/6 hrs treks bring you a Tibetan Buddhist village Namobuddha with beautiful chorten and monastery.

Day 5: Namo Buddha – Panauti (1620m) – Drive to Kathmandu : 4-5 hrs trek and 2 hrs drive

Pass By: Namo Buddha (Stupa), Kathmandu Nepal
Trek to legend village to Panauti and explore ancient temples. On the way offers a complete rural landscapes and living museum. After lunch drive to historical heritage site Bhaktapur. Explore full afternoon and evening drive back to Kathmandu and transfer to Hotel.
