Three days of touring embraces the five happening destinations of Kathmandu as you witness the modern jostling for space with the ancient side of this valley of yore. Inside the valley many places are recorded in the world heritage sites of Nepal. The different historical phases of Kathmandu unwrap themselves in this tour in which diverse Hindu and Buddhist culture with medieval testimonials express creative abundance of a primitive period of Nepal. Pashupatinath temple complex was declared a UNESCO world heritage site in 1979.

Itinerary

Day 1: Kathmandu arrival and Hotel transfer

Stop At: Thamel, Kathmandu 44600 Nepal
Arrive at Kathmandu. Upon arrival, meet, greet and assist by our office representative and transfer to hotel. Later is free for personal activities or to stroll around Thamel Market area which is the oldest and unique tourist hub of Kathmandu.

Day 2: Full day sightseeing (Pashupathinath, Boudhanath, Swoyambu & Hanuman Dhoka)

Stop At: Boudhanath Stupa, Boudh Boudha, Kathmandu 44600 Nepal
After an early morning breakfast you can travel along the exotic locales of Kathmandu, where more varied cultural landscapes in the valley beckons you. A day tour of the valley will take you to Boudhanath, where you will get an exciting chance for some insightful thoughts into the invaluable culture attached to Tibetan Buddhist. This surely energizes your spiritual senses. Boudhanath is the largest dome shaped stupa of the country where the practices of Buddhism can be observed at its best.

Stop At: Pashupatinath Temple, Pashupati Nath Road, Kathmandu 44600 Nepal
Your whirlwind tour then takes you to Pashupatinath, the major Hindu shrine offers countless temples dedicated to different Hindu deities within its wide area. However, the main temple Pashupatinath is dedicated to Lord Shiva.

Stop At: Swayambhunath Temple, Swayamhu Circle Road, Kathmandu 44620 Nepal
ou will then drive towards Swayambhunath, the site lying on a hill overlooking the Kathmandu valley is a sacred Buddhist destination. The maroon robed monks chanting holy prayers and the mega statues of Buddha representing different sects is a great opportunity to take hold of the practices of rich Buddhist culture. This prehistoric site is also popular for its gigantic stupa. The Destroyer - Shiva dwells here as protector of animal kinds as per myths.

Stop At: Kathmandu Durbar Square, Kathmandu 44600 Nepal
After this, we visit Hanuman Dhoka, a cluster of ancient temples and residence of the ‘living goddess’ – Kumari.

After enjoying this thrilling tour, we return back to our hotel.

Day 3: Full day sightseeing tour (Patan and Bhaktapur) then drive to Nagarkot

Stop At: Patan Durbar Square, Patan (Lalitpur) 44700 Nepal
After breakfast, the first destination to explore will be Patan Durbar Square, where Mahaboudha Temple, Kumbeshwor temple, Krishna Temple, Golden Temple and many other places of Patan, will unveil before you as an open museum showcasing intricately carved windows, intrinsic roof struts, statues of gods and goddesses, and temples designed in pagoda style with erotic sensual carvings and recline metalwork facades and many other superb facets.

Stop At: Bhaktapur Durbar Square, Bhaktapur 00977-1-4701148 Nepal
We then cruise down to Bhaktapur, where you will witness unique culture and the finest display of craftsmanship. Lion Gate, Golden Gate, Art Gallery, Statue of King Bhupatendra Mala, Nyatapola Temple and the fifty-five windowed Malla Palace become the living pride of Bhaktapur, turning this ancient town into a living museum. Your tour wraps up as your driver and guide escort you back to your hotel. Then you are free for independent activities such as souvenir hunting, exploring the town on your own or simply relaxing at your hotel with some beers to reminisce on historical times that still kick dust…

Stop At: Nagarkot View point tower, Nagarkot Nepal
Then drive to Nagarkot, a small hill station where the overnight stay makes your journey more excitement viewing the Himalayas. Even Mt. Everest can be seen on a clear day.

Day 4: Departure transfers

Stop At: Tribhuvan International Airport, Ring Rd, काठमाडौँ 44600, Nepal
Morning after breakfast, free till final departure. Later timely transfer to Kathmandu international airport to catch your outbound flight.
