Itinerary

Day 1: Kathmandu

Stop At: Swayambhu, Kathmandu 44600, Nepal
Situated on top of a hill in the western part of Kathmandu, Swoyambhunath stupa dominates the skyline in the western part of the city. Considered older than Kathmandu city this place is visited and worshiped by both Hindu and Buddhist people. The crowd of foreigner and locals along with colorful flags scattered everywhere in the forest makes this place so lively. Hundreds of monkeys here have learnt to ignore the crowd and and find their own way along the roofs of centuries old temple. You can have a good view of Kathmandu and himalaya from here
Duration: 40 minutes

Stop At: Ason Bazar, Chittadhar Marg, Kathmandu 44600, Nepal
Ason is the oldest market of Kathmandu. Always crowded by locals and foreigner this colorful market will simply teach you a lot about Nepali life style.
Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes

Stop At: Kathmandu Durbar Square, Kathmandu 44600 Nepal
The old palace of kathmandu from 17th century and plenty of temples from as early as 12 th century are situated in the centre of kathmandu just next to the local market. Also called city of temples Kathmandu city has innumerable temples, we will also visit a special temple here where a little girl is worshipped as a living goddess.
Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes

Stop At: Patan Durbar Square, Patan (Lalitpur) 44700 Nepal
Lalitpur literally means city of fine arts. This city is really rich in terms or arts and architecture. We can see the old palace of the city along with different temples scattered around the courtyard in the centre of city. You can visit the museum and galleries inside the palace. We can walk a bit in market and see the oldest temple and monastry of the city.
Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes

• Lunch: you will enjoy SAMOSA in the most popular restaurant of Kathmandu after sightseeing of Kathmandu Durbar Square

Day 2: Bhaktapur

Stop At: Changu Narayan, Bhaktapur Nepal
Situated on a top of hill (1600m) Changunarayan temple is the oldest historical temple of Nepal. Dedicated to Vishnu, Hindu god of protection, Changunarayan is an open air museum full of art and artifacts from as early as 5th century.
Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Bhaktapur Durbar Square, Bhaktapur 00977-1-4701148 Nepal
The oldest city of Nepal, Bhaktapur, used to be the capital of Nepal before 12th century. The old palace of the city, beautiful courtyards, different temples built everywhere in the city, the narrow alleyways, the colourful market and ever smiling people make this city more beautiful. The city has not changed much in the last century, it looks like a medeival time. I bet your trip to this city will make you feel like a time travel
