Manasalu Circuit Trek

In this trekking, trekkers follow trail from low altitude to high altitude with high variation in altitude in a day at the beginning but once you get higher we change less height and ascend less. Due to this variation in landscape, one can explore verities of flora and fauna and acclimatize easily. The Manaslu trekking makes a loop from Arughat to Besi sahar, starts from one district and ends to another. The variation in the altitude gives different experience during this trek than other trail of Nepal Trekking trails. Along with that, panorama attached in the narrow river valley, deepest George, peaky mountains, lush green forest, varieties of wild animals and white water of those rivers refresh your mood time and again.

Itinerary

Day 1: Drive from kathmandu to Sotikhola

Pass By: Thamel, Kathmandu 44600 Nepal
we meet at office of Nepalgram at Thamel and go for the bus.

Day 2: Trek from Sotikhola to Dobhan

Pass By: Arughat Rural Municipality, Aarughat, Nepal
Arughat is a gateway to Masnalu trek

Day 3: Trek from Dobhan to Phillim 1400m

Pass By: Dobhan Secondary School, 32511,, Dobhan 32511, Nepal
A lower secondary school on the way.

Accommodation included: Overnight at Local Guest House

Day 4: From Phillim to Ghap

Stop At: Chisapani Bazar, 56200, Nepal
Small village infront of beautiful waterfall and view of the small villages on another hill top. We stop here for lunch
Duration: 40 minutes

Day 5: Ghap to Samagaun (3500m)

Stop At: Samagaun Hiking Area, Sama, Samagaun, Nepal
Sama is wide open flat river valley before Larkey Pass.
Duration: 2 days

Accommodation included: Overnight at Local Guest House

Day 6: Acclimatizing day and sightseeing at Samagaun.

Pass By: Mount Manaslu, Gorkha 44600 Nepal
We will visit either to Manaslu Base camp or Birendra taal or Yak shed near by.

Day 7: From Samagaun to Samdo (3860m)

Stop At: Samagaun Hiking Area, Sama, Samagaun, Nepal
2 hours to samdo village from Sama is flat and wide valley walk
Duration: 1 day

Day 8: Trek from Samdo to Dharmashala (4480m)

Stop At: Manaslu, Gorkha Nepal
Dharmashala is destination before doing pass. It is right next to the Larkey Glacier

Day 9: From Dharmashala to Bhimtang, Today we cross the Larke pass (5213 m) Trek down to Bimtang (3720 m)

Pass By: Bhimtang Lake viewpoint, Thoche 33500, Nepal
On the way down from Larkey pass we will see lake and glacier at Himlung glacier.

Day 10: Bhimtang to Tiliche

Pass By: Bhimtang Lake viewpoint, Thoche 33500, Nepal
As we walk towards Tilche, view of Manaslu to the east and Himlung to West looks amazing.

Day 11: Trek from Tiliche to Dharapani and Drive to Bensisahar

Pass By: Dharapani Temple, 1 Dharna Dang, Ghorahi Nepal
This is junction of Annapurna circuit and Manaslu circuit trek

• Dinner
Accommodation included: Overnight in Hotel at Bensi sahar.

Day 12: Drive back from Bensisahar to Kathmandu, tonight at Thamel.
