Nagarkot Dhulikhel Sightseeing Tour is a 3 days 2 nights Nepal tour covers Nagarkot Trek, Dhulikhel Namobuddha Trek and visit the UNESCO TOWN - PANAUTI.

Itinerary

Day 1: Day 1: Kathmandu to Nagarkot Trek

Stop At: Nagarkot Hiking, Kathmandu Nepal
00.00am: Pick up from your hotel in Kathmandu, and we will start our Nagarkot Trek by driving to Jarsingpauwa.

01.00pm Arrive in Jarsingpauwa. Start the Nagarkot Trek.

Description: Jarsing Pauwa to Nagarkot is easy trekking route. You will have little bit uphill trekking at the final stage. It will offer the panoramic views of the Everest ranges of mountains on your left hand side. This is very peaceful trekking area. You will find many school kids and villagers during your trek.

NOTE: You only have to carry your own belongings such as cash, camera, water bottle, sunglasses, chocolates etc. This is a 4 hours short trek near Kathmandu. Your big luggage will be transferred to your hotel in Nagarkot by your driver. You will trek with your trekking guide.

04.30pm: Arrive in Nagarkot hotel. Check in. You will have tea/coffee until sunset.

05.00pm: Sunset will be from 5pm to 7pm. It is depends upon season.

07.00pm: Dinner at hotel. After dinner, free & easy at own leisure.

Day 2: Day 2: Nagarkot to Dhulikhel

Stop At: Gaia Holiday Home ,Dhulikhel,, Resort Marga, Dhulikhel 45200, Nepal
05.00am: Wake up and prepare for the Everest Sunrise. NOTE: You can see the panorama sunrise view of snow-capped mountains from hotel roof top. You will see the spectacular views of Everest and Langtang range of mountains.

07.30am: Check out, pick up from your hotel, and we will visit: Nagarkot View Tower.

Descriptions: Nagarkot has the widest views of the Himalayas in the Kathmandu valley (8 x Himalayan ranges of Nepal out of 13 from here). The ranges include Annapurna range, Manaslu range, Ganesh Himal range, Langtang range, Jugal range, Rolwaling range, Mahalangur range (Everest range) and Numbur range with views of the Kathmandu valley and Shivapuri National Park.
*** Today, we will visit Dhulikhel , then to Namobuddha Monastery and to Panauti then back to Dhulikhel.

10.00am: We will start a short trek from Nagarkot to Sanga, which will take around 2 hours. NOTE: Sanga is the home to the tallest Shiva statue in the world. NOTE: If don’t want to trek, we can take the car.

12.00pm: Arrive in Sanga, we will pick you up and will drive to Namobuddha via Dhulikhel.

01.00pm: Arrive at Namobuddha. You will visit the Namobuddha Monastery, Namobuddha View Point and Namobuddha Temple.

NOTE: Lunch en route at local restaurant at own expenses.

03.00pm: We will drive to Panauti – a small UNESCO town, which also called the town with 40 temples dedicated to difference deities and will held 28 festivals throughout the year. The town is filled with temples and religious buildings.

We will visit:

1) Khware or Tribeni Ghat – This is the first sight you will see when you travel from Namo Buddha to Panauti, right before you enter the Panauti Town. This shrine area located between the Punyamati and Roshi streams, a lot of ducklings (a lot means a few thousands) swimming and playing at the river. Khware has been regarded as a tirtha (place of sacred power), every year, in Janaury, Khware will draw hundreds to thousands of people to come here for the holy bath. They will block the river and make a big pond for the ritual.

2) Indreswor Temple Square – stands tall at the middle of a courtyard paved with brick. Similar to Kathmandu Durbar Square,

Patan Durbar Square and Bhaktapur Durbar Square. NOTE: Entrance fees at own expenses.

05.00pm: Drive to Dhulikhel from Panauti, the time to reach Kathmandu from Panauti will be around 1 hour.

06.00pm: Check in to your hotel in Dhulikhel. Welcome drink. Tour ends. NOTE: Dinner at own expenses.
