Namobuddha and Phulbari Village tour

Drive 45 mins to Dhulikhel with scenic countryside and a short tour of old Dhulikhel town.

After the sightseeing, drive 20 mins to Dhulikhel Viewpoint to see a full 360 degree view of The Himalayan Mountain Range

We drive further 30 mins to Namobuddha Monastery and explore, Meditate, attend afternoon Puja (ritual) ceremony, and talk to Ani (Woman Monk) about their ways of life and Buddhism.

Namo Buddha Monastery is one of the most sacred Buddhist sites in Nepal, with its Stupa and the Tiger’s Den. We can also get a chance to see amazing views of the Himalayan range including Gaurishankar Himal on a clear day.

Afterwards, we drive 10 mins to Namobuddha Resort. Relax and enjoy local organic lunch.

After lunch and relaxing a bit, we hike (1-2hrs) to nearby local Village Phulbari to observe rural Nepali lifestyle.

Return back to the resort and late afternoon drive back to Kathmandu

The Drive to Dhulikhel will take approximately 2hrs. You will pass through outskirts of Kathmandu city and into rural parts with possible mountain views along the way.
