Nepal at a Glance

Nepal at a glance trip is a one-week holiday tour package in Nepal which offers to explore some of the best places of Nepal. Starts with exploring the UNESCO World Heritage Listed Sites in Kathmandu Valley. The trip then goes to Nagarkot where you can collect the amazing sunrise and sunset views in the Himalayas.

It then directs towards Pokhara. Pokhara is also widely famous as City of the Lakes. The major attractions of Pokhara are boating on Phewa Lake, exploration of Davis Falls plus Gupteshwor Cave and the Tal Barahi Temple. Visiting World Peace Pagoda which is one of the eighty peace pagodas in the world is something special. The stupa is located on the top of the hill and you can enjoy the picturesque views of the mountains plus the wonderful views of the Pokhara city from the top. The trip also allows you to visit Sarangkot. Sarangkot offers the stunning views of the sunrise and sunset in the Annapurna.

Day 01:  Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to the hotel

Upon your arrival at Kathmandu Airport, one of our representatives will welcome and will transfer you to the hotel. In the free time, you can take good rest and get refreshed from the jet lag. In the evening you can enjoy delicious dinner in the authentic Nepali restaurant.Overnight in the hotel. 

Day 02: Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing and drive to Nagarkot in the evening. (B/L/D) (Start 9:00 a.m./ Lasts for 4 hours approx.)

A full day Kathmandu sightseeing is dedicated to introducing some of the UNESCO World Heritage listed sites including Soyambhunath-The Monkey Temple, Pashupatinath, Boudhanath and Kathmandu Durbar Square. After the sightseeing, you will drive to Nagarkot. In Nagarkot, you can enjoy amazing sunset view in the Himalayas. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 03: Enjoy the sunrise in the Himalayas then drive to Pokhara. (5-6 hours drive to Pokhara). 

Early morning, you can enjoy the stunning sunrise view in the Himalayas. After breakfast, you will start your journey to Pokhara. On the way to Pokhara, you will be passing several small and big settlements. After reaching Pokhara you can walk around the Phewa Lake in the free time. Overnight in the hotel.

Day 04: Full day Pokhara sightseeing and drive Sarangkot in the evening. (B/L/D/ 5 hours tour and 1-hour drive to Sarangkot)

Today, you will be going for full day Pokhara sightseeing. Firstly, you drive to World Peace Pagoda where you can explore the Buddhist Stupa. You can also enjoy the stunning views of the mountains and the picturesque view of Pokhara city. Then after you will go for boating on Phewa Lake. Further, you will visit Davis Falls, Gupteshwor cave and Tal Barahi Temple. 

Later in the evening, you will drive to Sarangkot to catch the sunset. Overnight in the hotel.

Day 05: Sunrise and drive back to Kathmandu (6-7 hours drive )(B/L/D)

 Early morning you can enjoy the sunrise in the Annapurna Himalayan ranges. After breakfast, you will start your journey back to Kathmandu. Lunch will be on the way. In Kathmandu do some last-minute shopping in Thamel. Overnight in the hotel.

The flight back to Kathmandu is optional.

Day 06: Fly back home.  (B)

You will be transferred to the Kathmandu airport to catch your returning flight back home. Trip ends.
