School volunteering Kathmandu

volunteering  in kathmandu Nepal provide a unique travelling experience in nepal to understaand nepali education system with the culture and to learn different local social life by helping children in the government school through cheapest travelling way.our volunteering package provide homestay with breakfast and dinner.                                                                                                                                                                                          

Venue: Bal Bikash Lower Secondary School, KathmanduCourse Duration: A week to month program or can be extended more

Working hour:  3-5 hours    

First Week: World Heritage site Swayambhunath stupa visit

Three days teaching with activities,Two days’ recreational activities/ singing, dancing,For rest two days you would be offered chill out programme by us.

 Second Week: including guide and facilities
-Have trip outside as managed by us including trekking, hiking on chosen place like mountainous countryside area for trekking whereas hiking is done on residential area of village with chance to visit local farm, to cook local farm products for a night, visit fishing spot along chance to cross great rivers of Nepal

Third Week:  including city tour
• Return to homestay by end of second week and continue volunteering work at school as first week but there would be some other recreational activities except school programme such as cycling tour around Kathmandu as organized by our organization.
• Sharing cross-cultural experience class at school third day of week.

 

Fourth Week: Estimated price of $90 including culture show with dinner

Day 1: farewell programme organized by school

Day 2: Would be at office to get your documents for return flight or any other travel destination tickets

Day 3- 6: Special programme at Nagarjun homestay.

[ If anybody wills to live more doing other activities we would manage it.]

Day 7: Departure

Volunteer Requirements:     

 Age: 18 years and above

[Note: Skilled and having no skills all are appropriate]

Conditions: Under the volunteering premises like schools, communities’ volunteers should be bound to rules and regulations during volunteering period.

® We can consider personal things of volunteers and can have query about it unless programme is proceeded. 

Accommodation: Volunteers will be provided facility to stay at Nepalese Home Stay enjoying quality time with host families. You will be served all farm products as food produced at the farms of Home Stay by host families. So, food is organic on present scenario where local markets and restaurants also sell foods grown using chemical fertilizers. Organic food is cooked emphasizing on hygiene in terms of water and cooking method. Volunteers also get facilities of hot water, western toilets, electricity, television and free WIFI
