TRX stands for Total-body Resistance Exercise, or training in which the entire body is used. By using ropes that you can easily hang on a doorway, a tree branch or a rack you train strength, balance, core stability and flexibility. When training with a TRX you use your own body weight and gravity. You can use the TRX Suspension trainer for training your thigh muscles, buttock muscles your core, but also your upper body. Almost all body-weight exercises can also be performed with a TRX. There are countless exercises, variations and combinations that you can use to work on a stronger body.
