At Bodytime Amsterdam we get excited about exercise. Our inspiration comes from gymnastics, acrobatics, dance, yoga, martial arts and athletics. The result of this is an effective and practical training method aimed at developing a fit body and clear mind. Everyone is welcome with us: from young to old and advanced athletes to beginners.
Itinerary
Circuit training. The perfect way to get stronger quickly and increase your endurance. During a circuit training, different exercises are plotted whereby a different muscle group is trained with each exercise. Among other things, we use loose weights, the TRX, sandbags, wallballs, steps and your own body weight. Spicy, but also very effective, and that's what you want, right?
