Bossaball lesson with help from experienced trainers at The Sport Box

The goal of The Sport Box is to let as many people as possible, mainly young people, students and young professionals, from Utrecht and the surrounding area, work out and meet each other in an inspiring indoor hall. The goal is not to make a profit, but to achieve social gains by having more people work out structurally.

Itinerary

Bossaball is a sport that is combined from the sports of football, gymnastics and volleyball. The training of Bossaballclub Utrecht is given in The Sport Box. The training groups are classified based on level, age and wishes of the members. Training takes place on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. Experienced trainers give the training from Bossaballclub Utrecht.
