On the upper floor there are two rooms that are very actively used for group lessons and spinning. The extensive range of group lessons ensures that you will never be bored. Want to train with a high intensity in a short time? Then high intensity interval training (HIIT) is perfect for you! It is a training in which low intensity intervals are alternated with high intensity intervals. The exercises vary per lesson, so you are constantly being re-cast. Due to the high intensity at which the intervals are performed, the heart rate increases, resulting in maximum fat burning. HIIT is the ideal lesson when you want to lose weight and improve your fitness.
