Beginner, advanced, young or old: everyone can participate at CrossFit Kralingen. We strive to let everyone train at their own level, where technology is paramount. Is an exercise too difficult or too heavy for you? Then we will simply adjust the exercise. That way you can achieve all your goals, as long as you commit yourself to it.
Itinerary
CrossFit. Are you already hooked? CrossFit combines weightlifting, athletics and gymnastics in a functional training. Every training consists of different exercises in which you constantly test your body. Every lesson there are between 8 and 15 participants present. Not too much, so that the trainer has enough time to coach everyone in a targeted way. At CrossFit everyone is equal. Athletes motivate each other and help each other achieve the ultimate goal.
