Heavy weightlifting training at Crossfit Kralingen
Beginner, advanced, young or old: everyone can participate at CrossFit Kralingen. We strive to let everyone train at their own level, where technology is paramount. Is an exercise too difficult or too heavy for you? Then we will simply adjust the exercise. That way you can achieve all your goals, as long as you commit yourself to it.
Itinerary
This lesson focuses on Olympic weightlifting and strength. You work on technology and you build strength. No workout but for example a 1 rm Snatch. Do you have no idea what that is? Come and give it a try!
