Unity 99 provides various martial arts such as karate, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, jiu jitsu and boxing bag training, but also CrossFit and Powerlifting. In addition, Unity 99 wants to be of added value for local society and to contribute something in sporting, social and economic terms.

Itinerary

Power circuit training. The perfect way to get stronger quickly and increase your endurance. During this circuit training, different exercises are plotted whereby a different muscle group is trained with each exercise.
