Itinerary

Enjoy training in the great outdoors! We work with both sun and rain. Train together with others, at your own level, on your strength, perseverance and fitness! The group consists of a maximum of 10 participants, so you get a lot of attention during the execution of the exercises. The training lasts 60 minutes in total, with warming up and cooling down. With us you can camp with different objectives: become stronger, get fit or maybe lose some weight! At Strong Bootcamp in Den Bosch we organize every training for you!
