Come join in and get lessons from a Brazilian teacher who will take you to the world of Capoeira. Capoeira is not just a martial art! Capoeira is martial arts, acrobatic moves and stairs & music! Boys and girls compete together! If you come and meet, you do this in the existing training. That way you know exactly what you are
do during a lesson and see what boys and girls who are already in class can do. Of course you are going to participate at your own pace!

Itinerary

Capoeira is a spectacular Brazilian martial art with African roots. It is a
mix of combat (attack & defense), acrobatic moves and music. Capoeira becomes
practiced as a game in which 2 players outsmart each other through attack and defense
trying to be. With capoeira, the movements largely consist of combinations of
(rotating) stairs, evasive movements, acrobatic moves and jumps
blend. This way you can learn cool moves such as a somersault in addition to the various kicks. Bee
Capoeira is guided the entire "game" by the music that is formed by a number
beautiful Brazilian instruments, capoeira songs and clapping to the beat.
