Delfi is a group lesson teacher. Dea is a personal trainer & nutrition coach. Both born in 1974: Delfi in the Dominican Republic and Dea in Croatia. We have both been living in the Netherlands for over 20 years and have found our place and happiness here. We met at David Lloyd Utrecht (gym) in 2011. Delfi worked there as Zumba and Dea as an indoor cycling instructor. Six years later and with many experiences and training, we decided to open our own studio. We learned how to live in the gym and how not. Fit Flex Fun opened its doors on 1 October 2017. Attention to our customers is very important to us. We would like to guide, inspire and motivate you. You work with us in a targeted way and we ensure that you enjoy sports. Helping you to achieve a fit and healthy body and mind is our goal. Enjoying life and feeling good about yourself are central.

Itinerary

Circuit training. The perfect way to get stronger quickly and increase your endurance. During a circuit training, different exercises are plotted whereby a different muscle group is trained with each exercise. Among other things, we use loose weights, the TRX, sandbags, wallballs, steps and your own body weight. Spicy, but also very effective, and that's what you want, right?
