When you book your two way airport to hotel and return booking, please make sure:

1. You provide us your flight number, the day you are travelling;

2. You contact details, such as mobile phone number, as we may contact you at the airport;

3. For airport pickup, we will have a signboard with your name on it, and we will be inside the arrival lobby waiting for you, so come out and look for the signboard inside the lobby;

4. For hotel pickup, we will be meeting you at the hotel entrance.
