The 45-minute private tasting experience at Gibbston Valley Winery includes a tour of New Zealand’s largest wine cave, information about Gibbston Valley’s history, and an educational walk through and behind-the-scenes glimpses of their winemaking facilities. This will be followed by a tasting of five GV flagship wines in their new private tasting room, complemented with light nibbles.

Mt Rosa Wines in Gibbston for final wine tasting experience. Mt Rosa is one of our personal favourite Central Otago wines. The tasting room is in the old woolshed where previously the thousands of Merinos that once inhabited Mt Rosa Station got made naked. Mt Rosa Wines is a great last stop and a good laugh with the owners.
