This is an awesome opportunity to see the 5 administrative districts of Abuja metropolitan (Asokoro, Wuse, Garki, Maitama and Central Business District); and also visit the Abuja hinterlands to commune with the indigenous inhabitants of Abuja the Gbagyi (Gwari) people. It is an exciting experience, delivered by enthusiastic and knowledgeable tour guides.

Itinerary

Day 1: Explore the beautiful City of Abuja

Stop At: Abuja Arts & Crafts Village, Central Business District, Abuja 905102 Nigeria
Many indigenous arts and craft on display for sale.
Duration: 30 minutes

Stop At: Abuja City Gate, 1 Umaru Musa Yar'Adua Road, Kwaba, Abuja, Nigeria
The U-shaped city gate edifice near the Abuja national stadium.
Duration: 15 minutes

Pass By: National Christian Center, Central Business Dis, Abuja, Nigeria

Stop At: Katampe Hill, Dutse Alhaji, Abuja, Nigeria

Day 2: Explore Abuja Hinterlands

Stop At: Deidei Cattle Market, Kuje, Nigeria
Visit the Livestock market (Cattle and Sheep). You can get involved in the negotiations for the purchase of sheep used for the BBQ.
Duration: 30 minutes

Stop At: Zuma Rock, Madalla Nigeria
See Zuma Rock, "The Rock with a human face". Commune with he villagers and listen to the stories, myths and folklore of the rock. Depending on the group size, a BBQ would be arranged at the Nigerian village by the rock while you explore the village by the rock. A group of traditional dancers from the village would entertain you (large groups).

Stop At: Bwari Pottery Village, Near Nigeria Law School, Old Suleja Road, 901101, Bwari, Nigeria
Visit "Bill Clinton's village", Ushaffa, the home of traditional pottery. Have a chance to try your hands on local pot making and pay homage to the Chief (Sariknin Ushaffa)
Duration: 2 hours
