SUP action

Want to paddle with some extra challenges along the river? We use SUP boards and work our way from Prestfoss towards Velstad bridge in Sigdal.

Itinerary

On this trip we paddle through rapids and need to spend a little more effort to get where we want. All participants must be able to swim. Included in the price are boards, oars, dry suits, life jackets, guide and return transport. You participate in a small group, which gives you close follow-up from our guide.

In the spring and autumn we use dry suits. Everyone must then meet with the following clothing: Long wool / synthetic underwear, socks and sneakers (your shoes get wet). The tour is suitable for ages 13 and up.
