This tour will be mixed of Forts, Wadis, and Deserts adventure. From the historical city Nizwa to the land of oasis and deserts. First, Wadi Bani Khalid and it is one of the most famous wadis in Oman. It has been a well-known wadi for a number of years and popular with both adventure seekers and families wanting to have a bit of a picnic and enjoying the oasis pools! After that will head to Wahiba Sands, an ocean of regular dunes that seem to stretch out endlessly. Pale gold at noon, the towering piles of sand shift between rich yellow and coppery orange when the sun is at lower angles. Then, will go to north east of Oman, where the oasis and deserts are.

Itinerary

Day 1: Combination of Wadis and Sands

Stop At: Wadi Bani Khalid, Road 23 apprx. 40 km from Bidiyyah Muscat-Sur Road, Muscat 113 Oman
The weather is perfect for sunbathing—about 25ºC, wonderfully warm but not too hot with bright blue skies. The pools of Wadi Bani Khalid are full of fish that will give you a foot massage if you dangle your feet it. The nibbling feels odd, but people pay to have this done in Thailand! Swimming in the pools are wonderfully refreshing.

Stop At: Wahiba Sands, Jalan Bani Buhassan Oman
Wahiba Sands is the heart of eastern Oman, the Wahiba Sands is an ocean of regular dunes that seem to stretch out endlessly. Pale gold at noon, the towering piles of sand shift between rich yellow and coppery orange when the sun is at lower angles. A wonderful place to enjoy the quietness of the nature and watch the sun set. An overnight is recommended here!!

Day 2: Combination of Wadis and Sands

Stop At: Ras Al Jinz Turtle Reserve, Ras Al Jinz, Sur 411 Oman
One of the most popular eco-tourism activities in Oman is turtle viewing. Oman is home to several important nesting sites for four different species of turtle: the endangered Green Turtle, the Olive Ridley Turtle, the Loggerhead Turtle, and the critically endangered Hawksbill Turtle.

Stop At: Wadi Shab, 50km West of Sur, Sur 411 Oman
Wadi Shaab is a very popular wadi located in the Al Sharqiyah Region in Oman. It is a very popular outdoor attraction for both locals and expats, and people come here for the nature, to swim in the fresh water pools or just enjoy the amazing views there.
