Wadi Shab and Bimmah Sinkhole Group Full Day Tour
Wadi Shab is a very popular popular outdoor attraction in Oman for both locals and expats, and people go there for nature, to swim in the fresh water pools or just to have a barbecue. The main attraction of the wadi is the waterfall in the cave, which you can reach after a roughly 40 mins hike and swimming in 2-3 pools. People love going to this wadi because the pools are always full of clear blue water!
Group tour in Wadi Shab involves a passage through the gorge. We recommend to have sneakers or special shoes with non-slip soles. We also recommend to have Slippers crocs type for a comfortable transition on a large round pebble. Please note that the tour is for the whole day (9: 00-18: 00) .Lunch and refreshments are included.

Stop At: Wadi Dayqah Dam, Muscat to Sur coastal road Wilayat of Quriyat, 113 Oman
About 120 wadis converge into its path, which stretches from Wilayat Dimma Wa Taiyeen in Al Sharqiyah North Governorate to its estuary in Wilayat Qurayat, Muscat Governorate. It is one of the year-round flowing wadis.
A dam has been built in this wadi and is considered the biggest one in the Sultanate. It can store 100 million cubic meters of water and the storage lake covers an area of 350 hectares and extends about 6km from the main body of the dam.
This dam consists of two dams: the main one is 75 meters (246 feet) high, and the secondary one is an earthen dam 48.5 meters (149 feet) high. The main dam includes a tower for water drainage. The dam lake is 8 kilometers (5 miles) long, and the dam can hold about 100 million cubic meters (more than 8,000 acre feet) of rain water.

Stop At: Bimmah Sinkhole, Hawiyat Najm Park, Muscat Oman
Bimmah Sinkhole is a water-filled depression, structurally a sinkhole, in the limestone of eastern Muscat Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman. A lake of turquoise waters, it is 50 m by 70 m wide and approximately 20 m deep. It is only about 600 m away from the sea, between the coastal towns of Ḑibāb and Bimmah. The sinkhole was formed by a collapse of the surface layer due to dissolution of the underlying limestone.[ However, locals believe that it was created by a meteorite, Hawaiyat Najm, which translates to The Falling Star in Arabic, and hence the name.[3]
To preserve the sinkhole, the local municipality developed a park, Hawiyat Najm Park (Haweat Najm Park), around it, along with a stairway leading down to the lake
