Itinerary
Day 1: monkey island and walk in the forest
Stop At: Tambopata National Reserve, Tambopata National Reserve, Madre de Dios Region
We arrive at the island after lunch, we navigate the river and then on the island we walk looking for trees, birds and hopefully monkeys, when we return from the lodge we see the sunset and we look for alligators on the banks of the river
Duration: 3 hours

Accommodation included: Cabin with private bathroom near the Madre de Dios river
Day 2: Sandoval Lake and Tambopata Reserve
Stop At: Lago Sandoval, Ruta 30C s/n Calle Marquez 250 Interior Oficina 11 Segundo Piso, Puerto Maldonado 08000 Peru
It is the best place within the Tambopata reserve to look for animals, they can be monkeys, birds, snakes, alligators, river otters, anacondas.
Duration: 6 hours

Day 3: Cachuela parrot colpa
Stop At: Tambopata National Reserve, Tambopata National Reserve, Madre de Dios Region
from very early (4:15 am) depending on the season, we left by boat upriver to reach the colpa where parrots and small macaws concentrate to eat clay
