We will discover and explore the lost city of Machu Picchu . If you like history and adventure, this tour is for you! This rarely visited region offers travelers a perspective into the real lives of Andean farmers and how they aggregate the land. This tour is for travelers who want to explore Machu Picchu but do not have time to take an alternative route.

Itinerary

Day 1: cusco city tour

Stop At: Cusco Cathedral, Portal Belen Plaza de Armas, Cusco 08002 Peru
After landing in Cusco, we will take a city tour. We will experience the traditional music and dance of Cusco, the archaeological capital of America. We will then take you to your hotel after visiting Qoricancha, Qenqo, Tambomachay, and Puca-Pucara.

Day 2: sacred valley of the incas

Stop At: Sacred Valley of the Incas, 0051 Peru
This tour will begin at 9am when we pick you up from your hotel. We will have a guided tour through the Sacred Valley of the Incas. We will visit Pisac and experience the rich culture and large market that resides there. We will cross the Vilcanota river and head for Urubamba. We will have lunch and the continue on to Ollantaytambo, which was built to protect the valley from the jungle. In Ollantaytambo we will take the train to Aguas Calientes, where we will spend the night.

Day 3: Machu picchu tour

Pass By: Santuario Historico de Machu Picchu, Machu Picchu Peru
After an early breakfast we will arrive at the Inca ruins of Machu Picchu at about 6:30am. We will take advantage of how early we arrive and enjoy the tranquility of having the mountain to ourselves. This guided tour is for approximately 2 hours but you may have up to 4 hours to hike to Machu Picchu Mountain and other peaks depending on when your train leaves. Your guide will take you back in history to when the Incas thrived on the citadel of Machu Picchu. You will also notice an abundance of llamas roaming around. If your are interested in Huayna Picchu or Machu picchu mountain , please plan that with us ahead of time.

Day 4: cusco transfer out

Stop At: Cusco Cathedral, Portal Belen Plaza de Armas, Cusco 08002 Peru
We will enjoy a nice breakfast before saying our goodbyes.
