Classic Inca Trail

The most famous and spectacular hiking route in South America! This ancient 45-kilometer path follows in the footsteps of the Inca pilgrims to the gates of the sacred city of Machu Picchu, one of the new 7 wonders of the world.
Our exciting itinerary offers 4 days of hiking along the original Inca roads, passing through a spectacular variety of Inca ruins along the way. The trail is located high in the Peruvian Andes, gradually rising from the bottom of the valley 2,700 m to the most spectacular mountain passes 4,215 m At each step, the surrounding landscape will leave you breathless!
Walking on the 4-day Inca Trail is a strenuous and impressive adventure. For four days we will strive to our physical limits, resting every night under the spectacular Andean night sky.

Itinerary

Day 1: From Cusco to Wayllabamba

Stop At: Llactapata Archaeological Zone, Llactapata, Santa Teresa, La Convención, cusco 08710, Peru
We begin the adventure of his life by car to the city of Ollantaytambo. Two hours drive, where you will have the opportunity to have breakfast. Then we continue driving another hour in the same car to the start of the Km 82 / Piscacucho trail. As we head towards the beginning of the Inca trail, you have the opportunity to enjoy a lot of corn plantations, potato crops etc. Once at the beginning of the trail, we prepare to pass the first checkpoint of the entire Inca trail . After obtaining an Inca road stamp in your passport, we walk 2 hours to get to Mesccay, where we take a break and also have the opportunity to enjoy the local corn beer called Chicha. Then we continue walking towards the view of the Llactapata ruins to explore and also fill ourselves with history with the explanation of their guide. We walk for 30 more minutes to get to the lunch place to enjoy our delicious energy lunch. After lunch, 2.5 hours more walk to the camp located in Huayllapampa, where our team of porters and cooks will organize your camp. Time to enjoy hot tea and dinner at the camp. The camp located at 3000 m.

Day 2: Wayllabamba - Pacasmayo

Day 3: From Pacasmayo - Phuyupatamarca - Wiñaywayna

Stop At: Winay Wayna, Machu Picchu Peru
to explore the Inka ruins of Wiñaywayna.

Day 4:  From Machupicchu to Cusco

Stop At: Santuario Historico de Machu Picchu, Machu Picchu Peru
Today you will experience the magical moment of our trip "Machupicchu". Early in the morning our team of chefs will wake you up with an energetic and delicious hot coca tea served in your tent to enjoy a delicious breakfast to be the first to pass through the last point of control of the Inca trail. Walking towards the door of the sun through the incredible trails built on the slope of the rugged rocky mountains covered by dense vegetation. Once we go to INTIPUNKU (Puerta del Sol), we have time to enjoy the magnificent view of one of the new 7 wonders of the world "MACHUPICCHU" right in front of your eyes to enjoy it.
