We start the experience in one of the most popular restaurants located in plaza San martin (Downtown Lima) where you will try the famous “Pisco sour”, the national drink of Peru, plus a typical snack. Then, we will go to “Chinito sangucheria” to taste a traditional chicharron (pork sandwich). Your tour guide will explain you about the Chinese influence in our food and how important it has become in the Peruvian gastronomy. After that, we will go towards Pisco museum where we will explain you the process of making Pisco as well as its history and importance. There, you will learn how to prepare a famous delicious drink called “Chilcano” made of Pisco by a Peruvian bartender. Finally, we will take you to a place where only locals go for having yummy desserts! We will try “Picarones”, Known as Peruvian doughnuts! so flavorful!
