From Lima Ballestas Nazca Lines and Huacachina Oasis

The adventure starts very early in the morning, around 4:00am. After three hours of driving on the Panamerican highway we will arrive to Paracas National Reserve. From here starts the boat ride to Ballestas Islands, considered the “Peruvian Galapagos” due the amount of species of birds and fish around the area. There are good chances to see lots of sea lions, penguins, the endemic bird Inca Tern, seals and maybe dolphins.

After being so close to the wildlife it’s time to enjoy the mysterious and enigmatic Nazca Lines. The ancient Nazca people drew huge figures on the desert. There are many theories about the Nazca lines, including aliens, you can choose your favorite.

Continuing with this adventure, it’s time to move to Huacachina Oasis, the only Oasis of South America, here you can have a local lunch and spend some free time, also you have the option of doing the Sand Boogie or the Sand Boarding.

At the end of this experience, is time to go back to Lima through the same way.
