Stop At: Mercado de Belen, Iquitos Peru

From the meeting point, we will visit historic sites, monuments and the Iquitos boardwalk.
Then we will visit the emblematic Belen Market - We will buy according to the recipe book.
At 11.00 am We will enter the kitchen for the preparation of our Amazon dish, the "Juane".
Then we will taste 2 traditional Amazonian alcoholic drinks.
We have lunch at our Juane, accompanied by Cocona Sauce and Regional Fruit Soft Drink.
Finally we will deliver the recipe book in digital, gastronomic field guide and tour closure.
