The distillery sits amongst orchards, vermillion flycatchers and pink peppercorn trees, so our tour is the perfect way to escape the hustle and bustle of Lima.

Our gin is one of only a handful worldwide that are distilled from grapes, and the only one which uses a Pisco (which we distil ourselves) as the base spirit.

So hand-crafted takes on a whole different meaning when it comes to our gin. From spending nights curled up in a sleeping bag next to the stills, to collecting glacial water by hand at over 4000m up in the Cordillera Blanca mountain range; Alex (Founder, Distiller and CEO) retains a level of detail and a hands-on approach that is simply unparalleled.

So we are offering a unique insight into how one of the world's most exclusive gins is made and the incredible story behind it.

Itinerary

Visitors will receive an in-depth tour of our distillery and gin making process through three mini workshops:

1.) Pagoda - Gin introduction and London To Lima history.

2.) Distillery - Grape to glass with waxing and bottling.

3.) Museum - Ceramics and tastings.
