Learn and Taste Peruvian desserts The art of food in Lima

Learn of a not so known aspect of peruvian cuisine, the desserts. Learn how to make tipical peru´s desserts, guided by our chef Petitjean, a plastic artist and an expert home cook. Learn classic recipes, passed on through from generation to generation, in this 2 and a half hour class. Classes will have a máximum of 8 participants and they will take place Saturday afternoons..

The meeting point will be in Kennedy Park Miraflores at 2:30 pm
Our guides will pick you up and take you to our chefs house.
There, you will learn step by step how to make the desserts and learn the story behind them, You will make the following dishes:
 Mazamorra morada
 Arroz con leche
 Mazamorra de cochino
 Suspiro de Limeña.
After the class, you will be able to taste the desserts, ask questions , and drink some of our national drinks.
At the end of the class , we will take you back to Kennedy Park
