A day long cooking experience in Lima with a local family will allow you to learn about Peruvian Culture in a fun, relaxing, professional way including hands on participation. We are teaching peruvian cooking in Surco district. We focus on what local Peruvian people (including our family!) really cook and eat.Our mission is to make home-dining an integral ingredient of every remarkable travel experience. Itinerary

The meeting point is at the door of the municipality of Miraflores at 10:15 am, then we will take a taxi or a local transport to go to Surco. The chef will explain step by step how to prepare each dish, in this case, Aji de gallina, causa and pisco sour. First we will prepare Pisco Sour, which is our flag drink, then our delicious Aji de Gallina and then our cause made of mashed potatoes, vegetables and chicken. Finally we will help you to return to Kennedy Park by cab. The course of the kitchen takes place in a relaxed and warm atmosphere in Lima. A must for foodies!

This cooking class includes all the ingredients.
