This shared tour has two departure times: around 9:50 am and around 14:50 pm (exact time to be confirmed). You start this excursion with an amazing panoramic view of the Huaca Pucllana, an Inca pyramid located in the modern neighborhood Miraflores. This interesting ruins were considered a sacred village by the Incas.  Next, the group heads to the historical center of Lima to admire the colonial buildings, of which over 50 are monuments. Among others, you see the main square, the Government Palace, and the cathedral. You also visit the Museum of Central Reserve Bank (closed on Saturday afternoon, Sunday afternoon and Monday) to admire its astonishing pre-Columbian exhibition. In the San Francisco Monastery you observe the largest collection of religious art in America. During this visit, you can also explore the underground catacombs that served as a burial-place until 1808.  

In modern Lima you visit residential areas, among which Miraflores and El Olivar of San Isidro, to gain an impression of how the people of Lima live today. After this you return to Miraflores.
