First Theoretical Part:

History of Chocolate

Explanation of the chocolate production process (fermentation, drying, roasting, refining, tempering and moulding).

Tasting of the cocoa fruit

First Part Practices:

Elaboration of cocoa paste in granite stone mortar (Mexican style).

Elaboration of xocolātl (Aztec type hot chocolate elaborated with chili, cinnamon and cocoa paste).

Blind test of 5 different types of chocolate.

Second Practical Part:

Moulding of the bar (125gr) of 70% organic chocolate cocoa (or percentage preferred by the client prior coordination) with different toppings (coca flour, red quinoa, black quinoa, kiwicha, maras salt, chia seeds, chili, cinnamon, nuts, almonds, Brazil nuts among others).

Duration: 2 Hours to 2 Hours and a Half.

 Barras de chocolate Orgánico en una gama que va desde barras al 100% cacao, pasando por barras al 80% cacao, 70% cacao, 55% cacao con leche, 40% cacao con leche hasta barras de chocolate blanco.

 Cosméticos artesanales elaborados a base de manteca de cacao orgánica tipo, tales como bálsamos de labios, cremas para cuerpo y manos, exfoliantes y jabones.

 Postres elaborados con chocolate producido en nuestra fábrica artesanal.

Organic chocolate bars in a range ranging from bars to 100% cocoa, passing through bars to 80% cocoa, 70% cocoa, 55% milk cocoa, 40% milk cocoa to white chocolate bars.

Handcrafted cosmetics based on organic cocoa butter type, such as lip balms, body and hand creams, exfoliants and soaps.

Desserts made with chocolate produced in our artisan factory.
